Ram Gopal Varma has been working for the YSRC against TDP by making statements openly and also making movies against Chandrababu Naidu.

Boyapati Srinivas the violent director also has been doing movies with Balakrishna in the name of LEgend and also Akhanda with an undercurrent against the policies of the YSRC Government.

Probably, to reiterate his loyalty to TDP, Boyapati showed Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister (Ajay Purkar) as a dreaded villain, who throttles his uncle to death to halt the marriage of his daughter as she elopes with her lover.

People say that it is the role of Jagan the CM of Telangana.

He is shown delivering dialogues like a rogue rather than a chief minister and surely Bopayati could have scored a few brownie points as he also talks about ‘freebies’ but he didn’t have a good script to sustain in ‘Skanda’.

RGV did Lakshmis NTR a direct movie against Chandrababu. Boyapati did Legend and Akhanda against the policies of YSRC. Now Boyapati trying to do a straight movie with Balakrishna against the rule of Jaganmohan Reddy. But by that time the elections would be announced.

How far the people are taking these moves seriously into account is a different matter. Money is the main mantra to lure the voters. The movies may not make much of a difference.
