As the CM of Telangana, KCR the BRS Chief has done a lot for the welfare of Minorities. But they wanted a change and this time they did not vote for the BRS.
They did not want ot take the diktats of AIMIM. That is the reason they voted for the Congress.
Now Revanth is slowly luring the MIM leaders to his side. He has nominated Akbar for the Pro tem speaker post. He is sitting with the MIM and holding meetings for the development of old city.
Extending an olive branch to the MIM is seen as part of his strategy to win over the minorities in the city. The parliament elections are around the corner.
Revanth wants to prove that the Congress is better than the BRS when it comes to developing minorities. He wants to see that the entire stretch of the Musi River is developed apart from completing the Metro rail line from Old City to Shamshabad.
While Revanth is trying to mingle with the administration, some IPS and IAS officers are avoiding him as they were close to the KCR administration.
But he is getting the grip on the administration and things are in place. The Ministers are already conducting reviews independently. The officers are also coming into the picture with a grip on the administration.
