The demolitions are not right the people say. The Congress is losing the grip in the state after the demolitions. Some of them are saying that they would kill Revanth Reddy if the houses were demolished.
The BRS is aggressive against the Congress party and the lopsided policies of the CM Revanth. Groups of people who got notices for demolition are going to the court against the Government.
Some are alleging that there is a scam in this musi riverfront program.
Musi Riverfront Development Corporation officials had conducted a drone survey and identified 10,600 houses and structures along the 55 km stretch. These structures were in the riverbed and buffer zone limits and had to be relocated.
However, not a single family would be evicted forcefully and all oustees would be provided 2BHKs, which were worth Rs.25 lakh to Rs.30 lakh, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Principal Secretary Dana Kishore.

KTR the BRS working president demanded that Rahul must stop Revanth from doing the demolitions where poor people are involved, especially the musi and other slum areas.
