The making process of Khairatabad bada Ganesh has begun. The pooja was done and the idol making will begin from today it is reported.
A 70-foot-tall ‘eco-friendly’ idol of Lord Ganesha would be installed this year at the famous pandal at Khairatabad here as part of Ganesh Chaturthi festivities, MLA Danam Nagender said on Monday.
Nagender, who represents Khairatabad in the Assembly, said the 11-day celebrations would be held on a large scale. “When I met Chief Minister on Wednesday, he said let’s make arrangements on a larger scale compared to last year,”.
Nagendar has been coordinating with the celebrations here for the Ganesh Chaturthi. Pilgrims come in large numbers to the pandal. The amenities must be provided in a better manner the CM suggested.
The CM Revanth Reddy will worship bada Ganesh on the festival day and launch the eleven-day festival here.
