The Republic Day celebrations will be observed by TTD in its Parade Grounds located on the backside of the TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on January 26.
TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy will hoist the National Flag and deliver his R-Day speech followed by the Parade by various security battalions. Later the cultural events by the students of various TTD educations institutions follow. The event concludes with the EO giving away the excellency awards to the officers’ and employees who showcased their work skills.
The entire building and its premises decked up for the occasion. The Republic Day celebrations will be observed in Tirumala on January 26.
TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy will host the flag by 7am followed by R-Day speech at Gokulam Rest House premises on Thursday.
All Tirumala based HoDs, officials and employees will take part.An amount of Rs.2lakhs was stolen in the Laddu complex on the wee hours of Tuesday and the culprit was traced by the TTD Vigilance sleuths through CC Cameras.
The incident took place in Counter No.36 when a recently drafted Corporation Employee Sri Raja Kishore kept the amount along with him and slept in the counter without locking the door.
When he woke up he noticed that the cash was missing and immediately informed the Security who in turn verified the CCTV footages in Common Command Control Centre. The thief was identified as an old offender Sri Sitapati.
