Sri Balakrishna Renuke has visited the Telangana State Commission for Backward Classes office today along with the nomadic castes representatives and discussed at length with the chairman, Dr.Vakulabharanam Krishna Mohan Rao and member K Kishore Goud of the commission on the issues confronting DNT, NT, and SNT Communities in the State. Sri Renuke lauded the measures taken by the state Government for the development of these communities included in the BC-A list. However, he brought to the notice of the commission that many castes are still to receive the fruits of development and need necessary corrective steps for their holistic development.

He has opined that the State BC Commission has a bigger role to play and must make an integrated study and suggest constructive measures to make their lives better. These Communities have a substantial population in the state and they must be made accessible to the fruits of modern development and get integrated into the mainstream.

Mr. Renuke, further suggested to go through his report made in his tenure and study them for implementation and necessary course corrections in the implementation of welfare schemes. The former chairman minutely discussed every issue of these nomadic communities and the meeting lasted close to two hours. A separate meeting was also held with the Principal Secretary Burra Venkatesham IAS. Along with Mr Renuke, Professor I.Tirumali, Prof Chenna basavaiah, Onteddula Narender, Tipirishetty Srinivas, Y Ventakanarayana and the others participated.
