Real Estate picks up in Telangana

The real estate market is picking up in Telangana and especially Hyderabad. The registration process has already begun and the sale of lands has also picked up.

Corona which has halted the process of development across the country could not make a dent into the real estate market in Hyderabad in the state of Telangana.

There are several applications to the GHMC from the realtors to build high rise buildings.

There are four applications pending with the Municipal authorities for construction of buildings with around 40 floors. Projects worth around 1000 crore each are pending for permissions.

The race to construct the tallest building in Hyderabad is heating up with a towering structure rising to 44 floors getting approval near Waverock Building, Nanakramguda. The project cost is estimated to be nearly Rs.900 crore.

Right now, three projects which are nearly 40 floors tall, are under progress in different areas including Miyapur and Shaikpet in the city.

The latest project to be added to the list is the 44-floor high rise structure in Nanakramguda coming up in an area spread over five acres and comprising two blocks with 44 floors each.

It is reported that people from across the country are looking at Hyderabad for investing in real estate. The purchase of flats has increased from the new year it is reported.
