This is the era of actors only real actors will survive said Rishi Kapoor the father of Ranbir Kapoor. He has starred in film 102 with Amitabh Bachchan. Rishi said he has picked up a lot from Amitabh after working with him and opined that these days people will come and go with a film or two. But actors with talent and Stamina will stay for long and can play long innings.
His son Ranbir is playing the role of Sanjay Dutt in the film Sanju director by Hirani.
Rishi has been vocal on social media and also posted many things against the BJP Government and its policies. He complimented Wink Priya and said that she will be a good actor. He was also vocal against the beef ban and said that the Government has no right to dictate what the people must eat. Rishi said he like beef and will eat it.
Rishi also added that the content is the king today and actors must perform well. He was happy that actors of his age are getting work and the movies and thought the process is different and the people are also looking for a different cinema and not the regular masala.
He is one man who praises and compliments good cinema and also ridicules if the movie has gone wrong. Jagga Jasoos was a big flop from Ranbir.He also does not spare his son Ranbir when he fails to perform. Rishi says he is born with cinema and die with cinema.Basically, his family is a cinema family. They all eat drink and breathe cinema.
