It was nice to see Sunrisers Hyderabad score their first outside win this year at Mohali. It was a good all allround performance by them as the Kings XI Punjab despite a good start they got succumbed in the end.

Davind Warner and Shikar Dawan were outstanding, putting up a fine opening stand and then the inform Kane Willaimson played a cameo innings which helped Sun risers put up a 200 plus total on a flat batting wicket.

The the bowlers Buvaneshwar, Nehra and Rashid did their jobs wonderfully to restrict the Punjab XI below two hundred. For Kings XI Shaun Marsh played a brilliant innings, but it was not enough as he did not get support at the other end from anybody.

Today it is going to be double headers again. Rising Pune Supergaint will meet Royal Challengers Bengalur at MCA stadium Pune, while Gujart Lions will take on Mumbai Indians at Rajkot.

Except Mumbai the other teams can’t afford to lose any match from today. RCB have really cut a sorry figure this year. Virat Kohli after playing a couple of wonderful knocks got out for low scores in the last couple of matches, while Gayle and ABD are not consistent. This is going to be their last opportunity today. If they lose it will be almost all over for them. The same is the situation with RPS and Gujarat Lions.

Mumbai are in driving seat along with Kolkatta. They are in the second position at the moment and with more wins in their kitty and more matches to go their playoff berth seems certain.
