The RBI officials must be allowed to do the things in their own way and the Government should not impose its decisions said the former RBI governor Raghuram Rajan.
Using the cricket terminology he said that the RBI should be like Rahul Dravid and not Navjyot Singh Sidhu.
The RBI is like a seat belt of the Government and it helps the Government in case of accidents and emergency. The Government should listen to the Governor and the Deputy Governor fo the RBI to avoid financial issues he said.
