Nitish Tiwari the maker of Dangal is doing a Ramayana with Ravana and Rama as the lead characters. The focus will be on Rama and Ravana. Hrithik Roshan is doing the role of Ravana.
Mahesh Babu has been approached to do the role of Rama as it is going to be a Pan India movie. They want to grab the South market also. But Mahesh has turned down the offer it is reported.
Now the makers are approaching the hero Ranbir who is busy with Brahmastra. Both Ranbir and Mahesh have heard the story but they are yet to give a green signal to the producers and director.
It could be Ranbir for this Ramayana. Mahesh also turned down the offer of Allu Aravind for another Ramayana. He is looking at Rajamouli for a movie to be done in the African Forests. It will be on the lines of the Forest Gump.
