It is reported that Ramyakrishna has exploded in the movie Liger for Puri Jagannath. But they are keeping it under wraps and want the audience to experience the same on the silver screen.
There is also a general talk in the audience that Puri Jagannath might have done a rehash of Amma Nanna Tamil Ammayi in the name of Liger.
Vijay the hero reminded us that the ANTA movie was made with a boxing theme and Liger is with MMA which is mixed martial arts.
It was Jayasudha as amma in ANTA and now it is Ramya Krishna who almost exploded in the role of Vijay’s mother in Liger.
Ramya Krishna is popular with the north audience because of the movie Baahubali.
On the other hand,Liger Vijay explained “First of all, Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi is one of my favourite films. If at all it had to be remade, everything should fall into place in perfection.
But I can assure you that I’m not the guy who would do remakes. I wouldn’t do anything even remotely close to a remake,” Vijay said. Vijay adds that Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi is based on the sport of boxing but Liger doesn’t even have the boxing angle and it is based on mixed martial arts.
Puri also earlier clarified that both movies have mother characters who inspire the sons to be good fighters.
