There is a heartening connection between the capital of AP, Amaravati, and Ramoji Rao. Not many might remember this but Ramoji Rao was the one who suggested Amaravati’s name for the capital.
Now Amaravathi will be developed as per his aspirations. Chandrababu will develop Amaravathi as a fitting tribute to Ramoji Rao.
Chandrababu Naidu had earlier revealed in 2014 that Ramoji researched a lot and came up with the suggestion that the capital must be named Amaravati. He revealed how Ramoji’s suggestion on Amaravati was approved unanimously by one and all.
The people of AP note that Ramoji was a part of the Amaravati journey, and he then faced hurdles in YCP’s tenure while Amaravati was also in trouble with destructive measures taken by Jagan.
People are happy that Ramoji Rao died after TDP has come into power. He was like a Rajguru to Chandrababu and TDP.
