Rakul Preet Singh the popular actor today attended the media office early to avoid the media it is reported. She was supposed to come at 10.30 but she was there by 9.10 it is learnt.
Rakul preet was also named by the drug peddler Kelvin and his whats App shows the involvement of the lady actor. She was supposed to come to the ED office on 6th.
But Rakul has Emailed about her commitments on 6th and attended the questioning today. There is a talk that she ordered for Drugs for a party. The ED it is reported would question the diversion of funds.
The ED had already grilled Telugu director Puri Jagannadh and actress Charmee Kaur in the case.
The drug racket was exposed in July 2017 and several cases related to drug trafficking were registered and over 20 people were arrested including a US citizen, who was a former aerospace engineer and had worked with NASA, a Dutch national, a South African national besides seven B.Tech degree holders employed with multi-national companies here.
The ED stepped in on the petition filed by the TS Congress Chief Revanth Reddy. He questioned the Government as to why the case was left unresolved and no one was arrested so far.
