Rajini has posted a video travelling in an open car. Rajini also made a statement in support of Chandrababu. He is doing exceedingly well after crossing his seventies.
He said no to politics on permanent basis. There is a talk that he is all set to become the Governor. But he is getting huge offers and may not take the post of Governor which would isolate him from the movies his bread butter and god.
There is a talk that Rajini said no to the Governor post as he would become political again and it may breed enemies from the other side. He would be branded as a BJP man.
But he is a BJP sympathiser, there is no doubt about it. He went to Ayodhya, met CM Yogi and touched his feet. Chiranjeevi advised him not to takeup politics.
He said not to politics on health grounds. With films Rajini can make around 500crore on an average every year. He can earn on endrsements also.
Being a governor he will get confined to four walls and will not make even a fifity crore. So it is good to be a film hero rather than being a governor with some proptocoal and prestige.
He will easily have another five years of career as a hero.
