Ace director Rajamouli is already 25 years old in the film industry. Right now he is busy with Baahubali-2 the conclusion which is already generating a lot of interest in the cine circles.
S.S. Rajamouli is now enjoying his position as a top Telugu director and has won international acceptance with his film Baahubali. He has also won a National award. His debut as director was for the film, Student No.1 starring Jr NTR, which has completed 15 years now.
Remembering his early days in the film industry, the director tweeted about memories of the film. He also explained that, before his debut as director, he had worked for 10 years as an editing assistant and that it was a 25 year experience for him.
Interestingly, Student No.1 is also Jr NTR’s second film, giving him a huge commercial break. “I credit the success of Student No.1 largely to Pridhivi Teja’s script and M.M. Keeravani’s music.
You can see Tarak’s (JR NTR’s) good work in some scenes even though he was still a budding actor then,” says Rajamouli on twitter. “My direction was very amateurish at its best, with the exception of the interval sequence may be,” he analyses, adding, “15 years since my debut as a director; 25 years since I joined as an editing assistant — Sounds like a long time ago, but doesn’t feel like that,” confesses the director.
The director is leaving no stone un-turned to see that the Baahubali part two also becomes a great hit like the part one.He has sold the Hindi rights to Karan Johar again.
