Mumbai is under water due to heavy down pour. Some flights have been rescheduled while some have been cancelled due to bad weather.
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has said the administration is alert and rescue agencies such as NDRF and SDRF have been instructed to keep vigil and rescue residents wherever needed.
