One must be happy that the rain god will bless us with showers on a daily basis till 15th. Light to moderate rains are expected this month till the second week.

The people got some kind of relief from the sweltering heat that they were experiencing in the beginning of May. The power consumption has also come down as the usage of ACs and coolers has come down during the night.
The contestants are visiting door to door during the night to avoid the heat and make use of the time to the extent possible. Lets hope this rain spell would continue till the monsoon period in June.
