Rahul Gandhi the Chief of Congress party today wished Arun Jaitley the Union Minister a speedy recovery. Last year he underwent a Kidney Transplant and is also suffering from diabetes. On February one Arun is scheduled to present his Interim budget. Last year also he was unwell when he presented the budget.
