Rahul Gandhi the Congress chief must become Papa now said Ramdas Athawale the Union Minister. Indirectly complimenting for winning the 3 states, Athawale said that Rahul is no more Papa and he must do the act of Papa and for that, he should get married. He is no more Pappu he opined. He said that the people wanted to change and they have given power to the Congress in the 3 states. He also predicted that in the 2019 general election the Congress will further improve is tally. There is already a talk that there could be a change in the leadership at the centre, and for 2019 the PM could be changed. It could be just before the elections.
