Rahul mourns the defeat of Democracy ..

Congress party chief Rahul Gandhi who was rejected by the people of Karnataka said that he was mourning the defeat of democracy in Karnataka. Soon after the oath-taking ceremony of Yeddyurappa here as the CM of the state, Rahul opined that is the defeat of democracy.

The BJP’s irrational insistence that it will form a Govt. in Karnataka, even though it clearly doesn’t have the numbers, is to make a mockery of our Constitution.

This morning, while the BJP celebrates its hollow victory, India will mourn the defeat of democracy.

    — Rahul Gandhi (@RahulGandhi) May 17, 2018

He opined that the Congress and JDS combine was having the majority and that they should have been called to form the government here in Karnataka.

Now the BJP is having 105 MLAs with Yeddyurappa and they have to prove the majority. But Siddharamaiah the Congress leader and the former Chief Minister said that they are ready to prove the majority. We are 117 and they are just 104 said Siddha. We have a good and the court will accept our prayer opined Siddha.

The ‘Murder of Democracy’ happens the minute a desperate Congress made an ‘opportunist’ offer to the JD(S), not for Karnataka’s welfare but for their petty political gains. Shameful!
