Former CM Veerappa Moily opined that Rahul Gandhi is the best material for the Prime Minister in future. He did not agree with the point that there would be issues on who would be the PM after they align against the BJP and in case they win the elections. He told that there is no issue of whatsoever with the PM post and that the opposition parties are meeting against the Modi government and that is going to happen. The things are shaping up in that fashion he stated.
He also complimented the AP CM Chandrababu for taking up the initiative to unite the parties against the BJP at the National level. He was also sure that the parteis would unite and win the election in 2019 against the NDA. Unity of the opposition is the need of the hour he stated. The people have lost faith in the BJP government and the allies of NDA are going away from the BJP. At the same time, he asserted that Rahul could become the best Prime Minister for the future. But he clarified that there is no race for the PM post and defeating Modi is the first item on the agenda.
