Rafale ruckus in Parliament

Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi demanded that the Rafale deal should be referred to the select committee of the parliament. He alleged that corruption of Rs 45000 crore took place to benefit Anil Ambani of the Reliance Group. Rahul Gandhi earlier also Charged that the PM Modi is unable to look into his eyes as there was corruption involved in the Rafale deal.Clarifying on these allegations Minister Arun Jaitley said that Rahul was not authenticating his statement in Parliament as the facts were not true. The details have already been referred to the court. The court said that there was no need for an investigation into the Rafale deal.

But the Congress stuck to allegations and wanted a discussion again. They want further investigation into the incident. At this juncture making a statement into the parliament, Jaitely recalled the Bofors deal and the role of Q that is Quattrocchi in the deal. Jaitely said that Rahul Gandhi is unable to understand the simple arithmetic in the deal and making allegations without any proper proof. Jaitley said that the Congress was involved in Bofors, Augusta and Herald scams. But Rahul questioned the Government as to why it has kept HAL out of the deal. Rahul Gandhi is talking without any proper understanding said Jaitley.
