Popular lawyers from the Supreme Court who were arguing the case of former CM Chandrababu Naidu have filed a quash petition in the Supreme Court.

The quash petition might come for arguments on Monday it is reported. Supreme Court is given holidays from twenty-sixth. It is to challenge the judgment of the High Court.

The lawyers will approach the CJI for the said relief if the petition does not come on Monday. The High Court has dismissed the quash petition yesterday.

The petition says that the CID was trying to harass Babu by putting him on remand in the Rajahmundry Jail. CID is also putting Babu in trouble in the name of custody.

There is a chance that Babu could get some relief in the Supreme Court. What if Supreme goes against Babu is the big question. AP minister Botsa Satannarayana has found fault with the opinion of Telangana Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy in support of Chandrababu.

Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju the YSCP MP is lobbying with the BJP leaders for releasing Babu from the Jail. RRR in fact is helping Lokesh in Delhi to get the appointments.

The High Court on the other hand did not allow the lunch motion petition filed by Babu’s lawyers against his custody. It looks like the AP courts will not give a sort of relief to Chandrababu.
There is a talk Babu could be in remand or jail for another 15 days easily.
