Put the farm laws on hold says CJI

The Supreme Court is very unhappy with the way the Centre is trying to implement the farm laws. The CJI has asked if the centre can hold the implementation of the laws for some time.

Why the centre should rush to implement the laws the CJI questioned? The situation is getting worse the Supreme court opined. The farmers are keeping the elder people in the cold which is not right the court opined.

The centre must stay the laws or otherwise the court will do it the CJI stated. There is a chance that the court might pass an interim order. The agitation of the farmers have been going on since 47 days.

The court also suggested that the dharna area should be shifted some other area. The hearing is still going on in the court. The situation is becoming worse as the farmers are dying the court said.

The CJI stated that the court is extremely disappointed with the attitude of the centre. The Government must resolve the stalemate the court suggested.

The Government created the issue CJI stated. Stay the law to prevent the loss of life suggested the court. The Court cannot prevent anyone from entering Delhi the CJI said.

There will be no tractor rally n 26th it is reported. Court said that they are disappointed with the Government actions.
