Puri Jagannath the super director remembered when he said sorry to Raghavendra Rao. Those were the days when Puri was making the movie super. He met Raghavendra Rao at the Annapurna Studios.
They talked to each other and Puri questioned the senior director as to why he was coming to Annapurna Studios. Raghavendra Rao relied very humbly upon that he wanted the dates of Akkineni Nagarjuna.
Then Puri in haste wanted Raghavendra Rao to take retirement from the movies. After that Raghavendra Rao gave the super-duper hit called Annamaya with Nagarjuna while the Super movie became a dud for Puri.
Then Puri said sorry to Raghavendra Rao for his wrong and overconfident comments. Puri was the man who introduced Anushka to Tollywood. Raghavendra Rao and Puri shared the dais where a function was done to praise the contribution of Anushka to the cinema for the last 15 years.
Anushka has completed 15 years in films.
Baahubali was her super-duper movie. Now there is a rumour that she would be marrying Raghavednra Raos, son K Prakash. Anushka’s Jejamma Mayamma song is also very popular till today.
