Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay today demanded that the Endowment land of around 8 acres in Chandrayangutta must be protected at any cost.
The land belongs to Kaali maatha Temple and it is going under Kabza he charged. The local DCP is hand in glove with the Kabzadars he alleged. The local police are trying to create a rift between the MIM and BJP he alleged.
The Highcourt order also rules that it is endowment land he stated. Bandi Sanjay went to the Dabirpura police station and requested the police to see that the land is protected.
Sanjay demanded that the Chief Minister KCR should take action against the police who misbehaved the local people for protecting the land. Goshamahal MLA RajaSingh charged that the High Court order was not taken into consideration by the police and that they were trying t follow the lower court orders.
He found fault with the police for making a lathi charge against the ladies. The Government must take interest in the Endowment lands like the Wakf lands the MLA requested.
Tension prevailed at the Uppuguda area when the BJP chief entered the area and argued the case with the local police. The BJP leaders and the local people alleged that the local DCP was hand in glove with land grabbers who were producing false documents.
