KT Rama Rao the Minister for Municipal administration today said that the real estate sector is looking up in Hyderabad and that the rates are affordable. He was speaking at the MCHRD during a discussion on TS bpass the new Municipal act where the owner can self certify for the construction in the land upto 600 squares yards.
KTR the Minister has launched the TSbpass website today. The Municipal rules which would be notified soon, stated that the construction under the land of 75 square yards need not take any permission. Upto 600 yards of land the owner can self certify and then he will get the permission within 21 days.
People can apply for construction permission with the App or on the website. There is no system of this kind across the country said KTR.
If the owner gives any wrong details the GHMC will demolish the building without any prior notice he pointed out. Hereafter the owners of the lands who would like to construct the houses need not go around the Municipal offices and that they can apply online and get the certificate he said.
The payment will have to be done online he said. This is a simple procedure he explained. The TSbPass will be emulated by other states also he opined.
Like TS iPass, the TS bPass is also a single window system and very transparent he stated.
