The Tollywood producers are thinking twice before they give movies to OTT. The exhibitors have requested the producers not to give the movies for the OTT release.

While the state of AP is getting ready to one the theatres with 50 percent capacity, the Telangana theatre owners are in two minds to start the screening.

The CS of Telangana has questioned the producers as to why they were not opening the theatres while the Government has already permitted them.

Producers Dil Raju and Venkatesh have suggested that the Government must allow for the parking fees in the theatres and multiplexes. Now the parking is free for the moviegoers who purchase the ticket.

CS SomeshKumar has assured the producers that the request for parking fees would be taken to the notice of the Chief Minister KCR. Meanwhile, some producers have already lined up some movies for the OTT.

Will they for the OTT or will they go to the theatres has to be seen in the coming days. The producers are worried that the audience may not come to the theatres immediately and it might take some more time.

But the shooting of the movies has already started in Telangana. Ramoji Film City is brimming with activity. One has to see the situation once the theatres are opened for the screening.
