The poster war is taking an ugly turn in Uttar Pradesh elections. The Congress workers have pasted posters in the name of Manikarnika the Jhansi ki Rani with the face of Priyanka and that she would win the election in UP. A BJP local leader has depicted herself as Kali Maatha who is killing the demon which is in the form of Priyanka . The posters have come up in the areas where Priyanka Gandhi would be campaigning. But the BJP leader clarified that she has got nothing to do with the posters and someone was doing this to mislead her and put BJP in a bad light. The name of the lady MP from BJP is also Priyanka.
She is Priyanka Rawat and the lady MP clarified that she is not involved in this poster war. The Congress leaders here in UP east are in an upbeat mood and they have pasted posters for Priyanka also. Now the posters of Priyanka as Manikarnika and BJP MP as Kali Matha are creating ripples in Uttar Pradesh. Winning or losing the election is a different matter, but the poster war is going out of limits. All said and done the entry of Priyanka into active politics has brought in a lot of momentum in the political arena. Let’s hope her entry will bring in a lot of luck for the Congress party.
