Priyanka Gandhi the Congress General Secretary is still under house arrest. She was arrested yesterday by the UP police and place under house arrest.
Reacting to her house arrest Priyanka Gandhi Vadra attacked the BJP over the Lakhimpur Kheri clash.
Priyanka tweeted, “How much does BJP hate the farmers of the country? Don’t they have a right to live? If they raise their voice, will you shoot them, will you trample on the car? Enough. This is a country of farmers, not a fiefdom of BJP’s brutal ideology.”
Reacting to the UP Police’s order , Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said, “I am not committing a crime by stepping out of the house.
I just want to meet the affected families and share their grief. What wrong am I committing? And if I have done something wrong, then you [UP Police] should have an order, a warrant. You [UP Police] are stopping me, my car, but for what reason.
