There is a lot of pressure on CM K Chandrasekhar Rao these days. Who ever meets them they remind him of a post or hint him that he has to do something for them and that they have done a lot for the party. Before reaching KCR at his office, they talk to his subordinates and make tall claims that they were in the agitation and they supported KCR a lot and he promised them MLC seat.
In the coming 6 months TRS will get about half a dozen seats in the council and they have to be filled. One seat has already been promised for the MIM. A close confidant from the KCR family , a media man are working out very hard for the MLC posts. They were aiming at the Rajyasabha but now they are also looking at the MLC seats. There could be about 100 aspirants for these MLC posts.
KCR is one man who wants to give posts to maximum followers and leaders. He is trying to accommodate most of them. At the same time he is thinking of making some changes in the Cabinet and make a team for the coming elections. He wants to use the old guards for the party and induct young blood into the cabinet to run upto the elections in 2019.
All these days he was looking at the Minority vote bank, but for the first time he is looking at the Brahmins also. He has given a GO for a Parishat for Brahmins. He wants to appease all sections of the society and there by get power in the next elections. He is trying to bring kavitha the MP and his daughter into state Politics it is reported.
On the other hand the double bed room scheme is another area which is bothering the Government and the CM also . The builders are not coming forward as it is not commercial and lucrative.But the Government has to do it. It is like one of the flagship programs of the TRS Government. KCR is personally monitoring into it . He is negotiating with the builders and the cement companies for the scheme.
