President Ramnath Kovind will arrive in Hyderabad on February 13. He will take part in the Sri Ramanujacharya Sahasrabdi Samoroham being held at Chinna Jeeyar Swami Ashram in Muchintal on the city outskirts.
The security has been beefed for the visit of the President on Sunday. CP Stephen Ravindra is overseeing the arrangements for Kovind.
So far Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have visited the state of equality and worshipped the gods in the Temples here.
They were given welcome with Purnakumbham and offered the replica statues of Rjamanuja in Gold. We do not know if the gifts were made completely in gold on if they were just Gold coated.
There is talk in the Political circles that the gifts of the idols given to PM and HM were made of pure Gold. President Kovind will also be presented with the same Gold idol it is learnt. But so far KCR did not come for any of the meetings for the event as part of the protocol. We have to see if he would come to greet President Kovind on Sunday.
