Prashant Kishore the poll strategist who will be joining the Congress party soon today gave a detailed strategy to the party’s top guns for the coming general elections.
Prashant suggested that the Congress party must target around four hundred seats for coming to power. It must also have alliances wherever the party is very weak.
In all there are 543 MP seats in the country and the majority of them are in Uttar Pradesh.
The poll strategist could become the General Secretary of the party soon and would lead the Congress from the front against the BJP. Prashant talking to the media many times said that it is not impossible to defeat the BJP in the coming elections.
They must start the work immediately and all the like-minded parties must gang up against the Modi-Shah Jodi. KCR the CM of Telangana on the other hand is trying to forge an alliance with other like-minded parties to come up with a political party against the BJP.
Will KCR take the Congress into the new fold is the question. Sharad Pawar has clarified that there will be no front minus the Congress party. KCR wants a front minus Congress.
It has to be seen if Prashant will lead the alternative front or the KCR. But things are moving in the proper direction against the BJP for the coming elections we can say.
