BJP MLA from Uppal Prabhakar has made a statement that another Yogi will rise from Telangana. He means that the BJP will come to power in Telangana in the next elections on its own. While the TRS is trying to have a truck with the BJP at the centre, the state BJP in Telangana wants to go all alone.

But the reality is that the TDP has a better cadres when compared to BJP.Of late, BJP leaders of the party’s units in both TS and AP have softened their resistance to the increase in the number of Assembly seats in both the states. The leaders who joined TRS from other parties are very happy with the announcement of Venkaiah the central Minister that the constituencies will increase in the course of time.

With the Centre now seemingly inclined to bring an amendment to Section 26 of the AP Re-organisation Act to implement the provision for increasing the number of Assembly Seats in TS from the existing 119 to 153 and in AP from the existing 175 to 225 notwithstanding what Article 170 of the Constitution says, the resistance to this move appears to be gradually fading by the BJP’s state units, particularly by TS BJP.
According to BJP senior leader, increase of Assembly seats will be advantageous to the MIM as it will increase its strength but for the BJP it is feared there will be no corresponding increase. There are rumors in the Telangana region that Amit Shah the BJP chief is now concentrating on Telangana and that the party has a blue print to contest all the seats. MIM will also contest majority of the seats in Telangana where the Minorities are in good numbers.

The MIM may not win many of the seats, but it will help the BJP indirectly or for that matter the TRS. When it comes to BJP it has just 4 leaders the same old faces and names who had not done much for any one. They had no power for that matter.

Venkaiah talking to greattelangaana.com said that the BJP leaders here have lot of ambitions but there is no action or implementation. The ideas remain as headlines and coming ot power has just remained as a pipe dream.
