Governor Tamilisai stated that Politics is usually male-dominated. But Modi is giving 33 percent reservations and the bill was signed by a women President.
Tamilisai agreed that she was a politician first and now is the Governor of the state. I am for the development and will take roses and stones for the sake of the people she stated.
Will build houses with the stones pelted and will write history with my blood she stated. All will not like all the people she opined. There should be power in the hands for doing welfare and development she stated.
Perhaps this is the harshest speech that the Governor has made in her tenure in Telangana. It looks as if she was deeply hurt. Bien interested in politics I could not continue as a doctor she explained.
Earlier also she made comments against the present situation in Telangana. But KCR tried his level best to patch up with her by making the religious places in the Secretariat to be inaugurated by her.
But for the second time, the Governor refused to accept the recommendation of KCR in the appointment of MLCs. As people are of the opinion that the BRS is hand in glove with the BJP, the Governor chose to differ with the Government.
The governor said that there was no women minister in the cabinet of KCR. After that two women were added she pointed out. The comments are viral as PM Modi is coming to Telangana on the first of October.
There are allegations from the BRS that the Governor was acting on the diktats from the PM and HM. But Tamilisai clarified that she was not making any politics and was ready to discuss the issues with the Government.
As the elections are fast approaching we have to see how far this issue would be continued.
