Throwing colours or coloured water on unwilling persons places and Vehicles or smearing people with colour, on public roads and public places in Cyberabad, causing annoyance.
2. Prohibit movement of two wheelers and other vehicles in groups on streets and public places disturbing peace and order and or causing in conveniences, annoyance or danger to public.
This order shall be in force from 1800 hours on 06.03.2023 to 0600 hours on 08.03.2023 in connection with celebration of “HOLI FESTIVAL-2023.
The Public are hereby informed that any person violating the above order shall be liable for prosecution for violation under Sec.76 of “The Hyderabad City Police, Act 1348 Fasli.
In exercise of the powers vested in me Under Section 20 Telangana State Excise Act, 1968, I, M. Stephen Raveendra, IPS., Commissioner of Police-Cum-Addl. District Magistrate (Executive) of Cyberabad do, hereby order in the interest of public peace and tranquility that the Wine / Toddy Shops and Bars attached to Restaurants (Excluding Bars in Star Hotels and Registered Clubs) within the limits of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate shall remain closed from 1800 hours on 06-03-2023 to 0600 hours on 08-03-2023 on account of “Holi Festival-2023”.
