The interest of the Girijans and the podu lands will be protected assured the CM K Chandrasekhar here in the Assembly. But eh forest area should also be protected taking the climatic conditions into serious consideration he said.
66 Laksh areas of forest land are remaining he stated. The issue of the Podu lands must come to an end. 11.5 acres of Podu lands will be distributed if the local lawmakers assure that there will be no further claims he said.
How can we do this, this is illegal and we cannot cut the forests and distribute the lands the CM explained. An all-party meeting will be conducted on this issue and this will be done amicably and not keeping the votes and polls in mind he clarified.
