BRS MLA Pilot Rohit Reddy got ED notices for attending a drugs party hosted by producer Shankar Goud. Rakul Preet Singh who was questioned by the ED last year also got fresh notices for further questioning.
The Tandur MLA was one of the four MLAs who was part of the poaching episode and his receiving ED notices has heated up Telangana politics.
The ED has asked Rohit Reddy about the information on business transactions related to income streams and businesses .
Rohit Reddy was asked to appear before the ED on December 19th.
In the 2021 Bengaluru drugs party, drugs worth Rs 4 crore were seized by the local police. Later the ED took over this case and we hear that Rohit Reddy attended the Bengaluru with businessman Kalahar Reddy.
The MLA added that he is yet to read the notices and will reply to them appropriately to the ED. Rohit was under the state Intel scanner for a long time.
