PV Sindhu the pride of Telugu people who has won the Gold Medal at the World shuttle Championships, met Prime Minister Modi with her gold Medal. Modi was elated to meet Sindhu along with coach Gopichand. Kiran the Minister for sports took Sindhu to the Prime Minister. Modi complimented Sindhu in a befitting manner and presented the medal with his hands.
On the other hand, Sindhu is also scheduled to meet Chief Ministers of the Telugu states K Chandrasekhar Rao also Jagan. She will be felicitated in Gachchbowli this evening where she would be taken in a procession from the Shamshabad airport.
Expressing his happiness Modi who returned from the G7 trip said that Sindhu must win more championships of this kind. He also complimented Gopichand for training in a befitting manner with all dedication.
