While the Government has completed 4 years of governance, PM Modi is in the Mode of a launching spree of various projects. He wants to prove that the BJP Government is for development.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated the first phase of the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, which promises to cut down travel time between the two cities to 40 minutes from the current near two-and-a-half hours.
The PM, along with union minister Nitin Gadkari, travelled in an open jeep on the 14-lane Delhi-Meerut Expressway, which is being built at a cost of over Rs. 7,500 crore.
The PM later has flown in a chopper to Baghpat in Uttar Pradesh, where he opened the Rs. 11,000-crore Eastern Peripheral Expressway, which is India’s first smart and green highway.
On the other hand, the top brass of the BJP is planning to change the mode of the functioning and governance as the election year is nearing. It is almost like the election year and that the campaigning has already started.
The BJP is planning to win around 78 seats from the new regions that it has not won earlier. A recent survey has indicated that the BJP would form the next government in 2019.
