The centre is all set to present the Election budget today. The farmers, poor and the middle class will get a lot of relief this budget.
The Interim Finance Minister Piyush Goyal will present the Budget 2019, in place of Arun Jailtely the Finance Minister who is undergoing treatment in the USA. It will be the Budget just before the elections where the Government at the centre is all set to appease the voter for getting another term.
The TRS schemes being extended for the farmers will be extended to the farmers across the country. Rythu Bandhu will be extended to all the farmers in the country by the Modi Government.
Giving some relief to the rural distress will be the first priority of the NDA Government in the budget. All the farmers would get some financial help for the crops as the Telangana Government has done earlier. The investment for the crop would be directly deposited into the bank accounts.
On the other hand, the Congress chief Rahul Gandhi has promised that the people would get minimum income into their accounts if voted to power. This is direct money transfer into the accounts in the name of providing minimum income.
No Fresh taxes will be imposed and the IT limit could be extended from 2.5 to 5 lakh as the Government has considered people getting under 8 lakh as annual income would be treated as EBCs. The constitutional amendment for giving 10 per cent reservations to the EBCs was done.
On the other hand, the State Government is also doing exercise to make a different kind of budget with an integrated approach of the ministries and also departments.
