Pink cheese with wine taste

The Great British Cheese Company has released a new pink Wensleydale with a red rind and a decidedly trendy aesthetic.

The cheese is flavoured with raspberry and Prosecco and is, according to the company, “a treat for anybody with a sweet tooth.”

Since Wensleydale has a famously fresh and mild taste, adding some sweet fruit flavour and Prosecco sharpness actually sounds pretty delicious.
