The fuel rates are rising like rockets. There is no control over the rates of petrol and diesel. The rate has gone up by Rs 6 in the last 9 days.
While the incomes of people have come down due to lockdown, the Government, on the other hand, has no control over the file rates.
Internationally the rates of fuel are coming down due to lack of demand. But in India, the rates are going up. The Communist Party of India is planning to go on a nationwide agitation against the rise in fuel rates.
The consumers have no other option but take the petrol at the rates dedicated by the centre.
In Hyderabad Petrol is costing around Rs 80 and Diesel is being given at Rs 72 per litre. Last 9 days the prices are rising like anything.
While the crude rates are coming down, the file rates in India are rising. This is one way of filling the coffers by the Government.
The Opposition parties are hearing gup for a countrywide agitation against the rise in the file prices.
