It looks like Pawan Kalyan has conceded the defeat already in politics. He knows that what is his range and now he made a statement that he is not aspiring to the be the CM of Andhra Pradesh. He wants to change the system and fight for the betterment of the lives of people in the region.
He thinks Jana Sena will be in the place of a kingmaker or deciding factor as to who would come to power and become the CM. That means he has come to a conclusion that he will not get enough number of seats for staking a claim in Andhra Pradesh. Like Prajarajyam he would end up getting some 20 odd seats. He would only divide the seats and mar the chances of TDP in some places.
His image has taken a beating for making unnecessary comments on the Kapu factor and reservations. People say that he may go down like his brother Chiranjeevi who floated PrajaRajyam and Joined the Congress later for a Ministry at the centre. Now he is again planning to campaign for the Congress party which would be of no use.
