While it is no issue for the TDP in getting rich candidates for the next election, both the YSRC and Jana Sena are looking at rich candidates. It is clear that Pawan himself has said that we need a lot of money to win the election and face the ruling party that is TDP.
JC Diwakar Reddy the TDP MP has alleged earlier that Jagan has demanded crores of money for giving the party ticket. Getting an MP seat or becoming a Rajya Sabha member is also not easy and the candidates have to invest a lot as party fund.
But there is talk that candidates are coming forward to invest for YSRC and Janasena tickets it is reported. The election in Andhra Pradesh is going to become very costly this time in 2019.
The BJP is also in the fray and it might pump funds for YSRC and Janasena to see that Babu will not win the election. The TDP may not give seats to some of the sitting candidates it is reported.
Poll management requires money and all the parties are gearing up for the same. There were rumours that the AP CM Chandrababu funded the Congress during the Karnataka Assembly elections. Now the BJP will fund the opposition in Andhra Pradesh to stop Babu from coming to power.
Majority of the political parties want candidates with a rich background so that they can spend and win the election. Winning an MLA or an MP seat involves crores of money. Nothing less than 10 crore has to be spent on becoming an MLA.
