Senior Congress leader and MP Rahul Gandhi who is in Telangana for the election meetings today faced severe criticism after posting pictures of his visit to the Medigadda Barrage in Jayashankar Bhupalpally today.
He was accompanied by Telangana Congress leaders, including the state unit chief Revanth Reddy.
Rahul and Revanth today pointed out the spots that were left as Gaps for the bridge to withstand the weather conditions. Usually, gaps are left in between the bridges.
These leaders pointed them as cracks in the bridge. The reality is something different. Saye Shekar a senior scribe stated:It is a gap for an expansion of spans Mr Gandhi. It is not “dal makhani” 😜. Even schoolchildren know that the gap is intentionally created to survive the expansion of the bridge in hot summers.
If u can, please highlight the facts. Without engineering knowledge, you have shown a span joint as crack. Ridiculous. And you are accompanied by a “bag”piper.
If you have ever traveled on a bridge, any car experiences a slight thud while crossing every span. Making an issue out of anything is understandable.
But, such blatantly foolish observation cannot be ascribed to corruption. Sorry. You are trying to justify your infamous title. Absurd. Knowledge is power, but ignorance is a sin. Looks like it is “Much Ado About Nothing.”
