While the TRS Government under the dynamic leadership is coming forward on various issues for discusson, the opposition seems to be running away from the winter session of Assembly as they are unable to take on the CM K Chandrasekhar Rao and also the Government.

Three political parties including the main opposition Congress today abstained from the session of the assembly while the BJP and MIM were present in the house. Congress TDP and CPM were away in protest at the attitude of the Government while the real reason was that there was no no enough ammunition for them to fight against the Government.

While the Minister for Legislative affairs Harish Rao, The speaker Madhusudana Chary and the CM KCR in particular were encouraging members from all the parties, the leaders unable to face the onslaught from the Government side just abstained from the proceedings blaming the Speaker.

The members who abstained from the house in protest just blamed the speaker that he was acting one sided and was not giving any opportunity to them in the Assembly for a discussion.

TDP, Congress, TDP and CPM members alleged that they were not giving ample opportunity on the land acquisition issue and said that the bills were in facts passed without proper discussion. The TDP Congress and the communists gave separate letters to the Speaker in the Assembly and mentioned about their arrest.

But the reality is that since last 11 days the Ministers Harish Rao, K Taraka Rama Rao and the CM KCR were in fact encouraging the members to come forward for proper discussion in proper format as per the rules and guidelines of the house.

The time for the members will be given as per the number that they represent in the house. With the number naturally the TRS will get more time and the CM is entitled to speak whenever he wants as the leader of the house.
The opposition must know their rights before they make allegations on the chair.
