The theatre owners association in Telangana has decided to close all the cinema theatres and also the multiplexes taking the Coronavirus into serious account.
But the theatres screening Vakil Saab movie of Pawan Kalyan will be kept open. Due to Corona and the night curfew, the people may not come out to watch the movies in theatres.
The AP Government has allowed the theatres to run with fifty per cent capacity. The Telangana Government has decided to close the theatres till the end of this month.
Taking this into account the producers also have stopped some movies. The release of some movies has been postponed. Earlier the KCR Government has given several sops to the theatre owners.
But due to Corona, the theatres are running to full capacity. Even Vakeel Saab is not getting the audience these days. The Telangana Government was also contemplating running the theatres with 50 per cent capacity.
But the theatre owners have decided to completely close as it is not viable these days. It looks like after the first phase of Corona, the movie business is again going into crisis.
