The High court has ruled that the ballots with Swastik mark only considered as valid votes. Any other mark with pen or signatures should not be considered as votes.
The Telangana SEC has ruled that any mark on the symbols should be considered as valid votes. But Court has clearly clarified that only specific mark on the symbols should be considered as a valid vote.
The message has been sent to all the counting stations. Meanwhile the SEC has bungled the counting process also. People with no proper qualification and counting experience were taken for the counting.
The passes for the counting people have been issued this morning after 8am. As per the SEC instructions the counting has to start from 8 am in the morning.
So far not even the first round of counting has started. Teachers were doing the process counting in the elections, but this time new employees have been taken by the Government keeping the Teachers aside.
The initial trends that the postal ballot indicated the mood of the people towards the BJP, but things might change when the actual counting of the ballot begins.
